Famous TV show cook Emma and yet another delicious recipe from her cuisine - baked apples. If you want to prepare your own ones, here is the help: soak the cashews and rinse them. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into the ice cream maker and allow to process. Transfer the mixture to a covered dish and place in the freezer. Chop the marzipan, and mix with the raisins and chopped almonds. Form 4 rolls. Wash the apples, cut off the top and remove the core. Stuff marzipan rolls into the holes.
